Scholarships

The International Institute of Business Studies (IIBS) offers a variety of scholarships for the 2025 academic year to support and recognize students' achievements across different domains. Below is an overview of the available scholarships:

1. Merit-Based Scholarships for PGDM Program 2025

IIBS provides scholarships to students demonstrating outstanding academic performance and leadership abilities. Scholarships of up to ₹1.60 lakhs for male candidates and ₹1.80 lakhs for female candidates are available, promoting gender equality. The scholarship amount is determined based on the applicant's academic performance and management entrance exam results.

 

2. Entrance Exam Scholarships (2025-27)

Scholarships are awarded based on scores in entrance exams such as CAT, XAT, GMAT, IIBSAT, MAT, ATMA, and CMAT. The scholarship amounts vary according to the percentile or composite score achieved:

• 85 percentile or above / Composite Score of 750 or above / 95 percentile or above: ₹80,000
• 80 to 84.99 percentile / Composite Score of 700 to 749 / 90 to 94.99 percentile: ₹70,000
• 70 to 79.99 percentile / Composite Score of 650 to 699 / 80 to 89.99 percentile: ₹60,000
• 60 to 69.99 percentile / Composite Score of 600 to 649 / 70 to 79.99 percentile: ₹50,000

 

3. Special Scholarships for Achievers (2025-27)

• National/State Level Achievers in Non-Academic or Sports Fields: 10% exemption in tuition fees.
• Representatives in International/National/State Level Sports Events: 10% exemption in tuition fees.
• State Level, Board Level, or National Level Top Rank Holders in Academics: 10% exemption in tuition fees.

 

4. Smt. B Devi Foundation Scholarship for Girls (2025-27)

Female students who have secured more than 55% in their graduation are eligible for a ₹40,000 scholarship, promoting higher education among women.

 

5. Scholarships for Wards of Defense & CRPF Personnel (2025-27)

To honor the contributions of defense and CRPF personnel, IIBS offers a 20% fee waiver (applicable only for the third and fourth installment fees) to their wards.

 

6. Siblings Scholarship (2025-27)

Students who are siblings of current IIBS students or alumni are eligible for a ₹1,00,000 scholarship.

 

7. Additional Scholarships (2025-27)

• Physically Challenged Candidates: ₹25,000
• Single Parent Candidates: ₹25,000
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Religious Minority Candidates: ₹10,000 (subject to submission of valid certificates issued by the government)

 

8. IIBS Entrance Test (IIBSET) for Undergraduate Merit Scholarship

IIBS conducts the IIBSET scholarship exam for undergraduate programs such as BBA, BCA, B.Com, and BA. The entrance exam for the 2025-28 batch is scheduled for January 12, 2025

 

Conditions

• Scholarships are awarded for the full duration of the program.
• All scholarships and special scholarships are subject to verification of eligibility and valid proof.
• The scholarship amount will be paid to the selected student's account and will not be deducted directly from the semester fees.
• The merit and special scholarship policy is not applicable for integrated programs (UG with PG

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facilities at IIBS are designed to provide students with a comfortable and conducive living environment. Here's a brief overview:

• Accommodation: Separate hostels for boys and girls with well-furnished rooms (single, double, and triple occupancy).
• Amenities: Wi-Fi, 24/7 electricity backup, and hygienic food.
• Security: Round-the-clock security and surveillance for safety.
• Recreational Facilities: Common areas for indoor games and social activities.
• Proximity: Hostels are located close to the campus for convenience.
